This is part of the cycle route I usually take, only for the cycle it will extend to Mandai Zoo and then back.
So today was a run to Upper Peirce from Bishan and back.
Being about 5 kgs lighter makes lots of difference to the knees and effort so I was feeling quite good even up and down the hills there. Lots on my mind so the run was good.
